Privacy Policy
How we handle your information when you explore our services, share a requirement or contact our team.
Who we are
Sirius Dynamics is a brand owned by Tripearltech. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled through the Sirius Dynamics website and its resource enquiry forms. References to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ mean Tripearltech in connection with the Sirius Dynamics brand.
This policy covers website enquiries and related communications. A signed client agreement or project-specific data processing agreement may contain additional provisions for information handled during a resource engagement.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide when submitting requirements, requesting profiles or asking for a discovery call.
- Contact details: your name, work email address, company and country.
- Resource requirements: the solution or role, preferred engagement model, requested skills, timing and the brief you submit.
- Scheduling details: your preferred date, time and time zone when requesting a call.
- Enquiry records: a generated reference, submission page, referring website hostname and campaign labels present in the enquiry page URL, where available. These details help identify how an enquiry reached us.
- Technical information: hosting infrastructure may process connection details, access records and operational logs to deliver and secure the website.
How information is used
Your details help us understand the requirement, respond to questions, discuss relevant expertise and coordinate next steps. They also support enquiry administration, troubleshooting, website security and the handling of privacy requests.
An enquiry is not an automatic subscription to a marketing newsletter. Submitting a form does not confirm a meeting, a resource assignment or a commercial engagement. Please share only information you are authorised to provide; do not include passwords, production credentials, personal documents or confidential customer records.
Grounds for handling information
Where applicable data protection law requires a lawful basis, handling an enquiry may be necessary to take steps at your request before an agreement, to pursue legitimate business interests in responding to enquiries and operating a secure website, or to meet legal obligations. Where consent is the applicable basis, you may withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect handling that was lawful before withdrawal.
The applicable basis depends on the purpose, the information and the law that applies to your circumstances. A form acknowledgement does not waive your privacy rights.
Access, storage and service providers
When enquiry delivery is connected, submitted details are processed by the configured enquiry service and are not displayed publicly. Access should be limited to authorised people who manage the enquiry or operate the service. If delivery is not connected, the form tells you that the enquiry has not been sent. Downloading your brief saves it on your own device; opening an email draft does not send it automatically.
Hosting, enquiry delivery and related technology providers process information as part of providing the website infrastructure. Website fonts are retrieved from Google Fonts; that service receives the connection information needed to deliver them. If optional analytics is enabled and accepted, Google also processes the analytics events described in this policy. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address misuse or protect legal rights. Resource-specific confidentiality and data access arrangements should be agreed before project access is provided.
International enquiries
Sirius Dynamics serves international enquiries from India. Your information may be accessed in India and processed by hosting providers in other locations. The location of a visitor does not mean that their enquiry is stored in that same country.
Tell us about any data residency, security or contractual requirements before sharing sensitive project information. Any transfer safeguards required for an engagement should be addressed in the relevant agreement and applicable data processing arrangements.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the purpose of the record, whether an enquiry becomes an engagement, ongoing correspondence, applicable record-keeping obligations and the need to resolve disputes. There is no single retention period stated here for every type of record. Contact us for information about a particular enquiry or to request deletion.
Access controls and hosting safeguards support the protection of submitted information. No online system can guarantee absolute security. If you believe information has been submitted incorrectly or exposed, contact us promptly with the enquiry reference; do not send passwords or additional sensitive records.
Your choices and requests
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. These rights may be subject to conditions and exceptions.
Use the Contact page to submit a privacy request, quoting your enquiry reference and the email address used. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and understand the request. Please provide only what is necessary. You may also raise concerns with the relevant data protection authority where applicable.
Updates to this policy
Changes to website functionality or information-handling practices may require an update to this policy. The date above identifies the latest revision. Review this page when submitting new information, and contact us if you need clarification about how a particular enquiry is handled.
